No problem — even if you’ve lost your eSIM QR code, this can be resolved quickly.
In most cases, you’ll find the QR code in the activation email we sent to the email address you provided after purchase. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
If you can’t find the email anymore or it was deleted, that’s no issue at all. Just send us a quick message at hello@esimony.com, and we’ll resend your QR code quickly and easily.
Important to know: Your QR code can be reissued at any time as long as the eSIM has not already been permanently installed on another device.
This way, you can get back to activating your eSIM without any hassle or the need to purchase a new one.
