In most cases, you don’t need to change any settings. As soon as you activate your eSIM from eSIMony, the required APN settings are applied automatically.
In rare cases (for example on certain devices or after a software update), your smartphone may ask you to enter the APN manually. If that happens, simply use the following:
APN: data.esim
How to enter the APN on iPhone (iOS)
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular
- Select eSIMony (or the name you gave your eSIM)
- Tap Cellular Data Network
- Enter the following under APN: data.esim
- Leave all other fields empty
- Go back — the setting is saved automatically
How to enter the APN on Android
(menu names may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer)

- Select Mobile Networks
- Tap Access Point Names (APN)
- Select your eSIMony eSIM or tap Add new APN

Important to know

If something still doesn’t work after this, the eSIMony support team is always happy to help and will assist you quickly.
