To activate your eSIM from eSIMony, you only need the activation details that we send you by email immediately after your purchase.
This usually includes:
- a QR code that you scan with your smartphone
- alternatively, a manual activation code if scanning the QR code is not possible
Important to know: Your eSIM can be activated only once you are in your destination country, as this is when it first connects to the local mobile network. However, you’re welcome to install the eSIM profile right after purchase.
During activation, make sure you have a stable internet connection (for example Wi-Fi at a hotel or airport) so the setup can be completed smoothly.
