An activation code is the key used to set up your eSIM from eSIMony on your smartphone. It allows the eSIM profile to be downloaded to your device and prepared for use in your destination country.
With eSIMony, the activation code is always provided as a QR code. You simply scan it with your smartphone to install the eSIM.
After purchasing your eSIM plan, we automatically send the QR code to the email address you provided at checkout. Please keep this email safe, as you’ll need the QR code to install your eSIM.
If scanning the QR code is not possible or you can’t find the email anymore, the eSIMony team will help you quickly and easily.
