eSIMony is an app by HD Solutions GmbH. Here's how to delete your eSIMony account and its associated data.
In the app
1. Open the eSIMony app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and the app data linked to it will then be deleted.
Without the app (by email)
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at hello@esimony.com from the email address of your account. We'll delete your account and its associated data. Requests are usually processed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account data (e.g. name, email address, optional contact details), your eSIM assignments and your eSIMiles balance.
What we retain
For legal reasons (in particular commercial and tax retention obligations) we must keep certain order and invoice records for the period required by law. This data is restricted, used solely to meet those obligations, and deleted once the retention periods expire.
